Can I do this while working a full-time job?

The short answer is yes, the main goal would be to build up your pipeline enough until you’re able to actually replace your current income with the new one, which can happen in a relatively short period of time if you’re focused.

Do you offer guarantees?

So we don’t offer a money-back guarantee because there’s too many unknown variables, like if the person is actually going to put in the time and effort to succeed. However, we do guarantee that we’ll provide you with the systems, the tools, and the support you need every step of the way to close your first or next deal. So whether or not you take advantage of all those things is completely up to you. If you take our system information and you actually apply it, you’re going to see results.

How much time per day does this require?

So we recommend one to three hours a day of solid work to start building your pipeline, but just starting out, even 10 hours a week is sufficient. And of course, the more time you put in, the faster you’re gonna see results. The most important thing is just being consistent more than anything.

The beautiful thing about wholesaling real estate is you can get started without a single dollar out of your pocket other than a cost to join the community. Now, there are a couple things to make your life easier, however, it is 100% obtainable to get your first deal with no money. My very first two deals I ever closed cost me $0 in marketing out of pocket, and you’ll have everything you need to get started right inside of our program.

Absolutely. In fact, most people starting in the wholesale real estate space have little to no experience at first with it, myself included. That’s why community is so great because you’re going to get years of experience to help your learning curve get cut from 12 months down to under 30 days. And business is always key to chase down mentors who are going to achieve what it is that you’re hoping to accomplish. And when you constantly invest into your business right off the bat, so you don’t need the experience getting started.

So this is going to be completely up to you. We’ve got new members coming in, locking up deals in their first seven days of even being in the program because they’re putting in the work. But if you join and don’t do anything for 30 days, you’re probably not going to see the results you’re looking for.
